Damaged Product — on receipt

If the packaging appears damaged when you receive the product, please take a photo of the apparent damage prior to opening it. If the product inside is also damaged, then please email us the photo so we can take action against the courier.

If you received a damaged product, you can return it to us for a full refund at no cost to yourself. See the instructions below for how to return products.

Bought Something — but have changed your mind

If, having received your product, you find you have changed your mind and you now longer want it, you can return it to us, provided it is still in tip-top condition, for a full refund. EU law says you must notify us (phone or email) within 14 days of receipt. It then gives you a further 14 days to post it to us. The law does not require us to pay your return postage costs in this case.

The Returns Procedure

When returning products please follow the following steps:

  1. Notify us by email within 14 days of receipt of product that you intend to return it.
  2. We will then make arrangements to provide you with a track-and-trace returns label to use on your return parcel.
  3. You then have a further 14 days to return the product to us

Returns Checklist

  1. ensure that the item is in the condition that you received it in and has the all original labels and tags
  2. if possible, use the original delivery box if it is still in good usable condition together with any internal packaging materials
  3. you must use the An Post returns service unless otherwise instructed by us.
  4. post your return within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to return the goods.
  5. you will receive an email confirmation when we receive your item.
  6. refunds will normally be actioned within 7 days of receipt of the return, but may take up to 30 days in exceptional circumstances
