Drawing inspiration from the culture and wonderful surroundings of South Luangwa, each of our products is made by hand with respect for the environment and people.

Hand-painted Cotton Table Linen from Zambia by Tribal Textiles

Create a unique table setting with our hand-painted and hand made table linen made in the African Bush. The styles mix traditional African art with contemporary designs. Using Tribal Textiles' signature crackle technique (from the starch resist technique, aka Starch Batik), the table linen is hand drawn and hand painted on durable cotton. While the design and technique are the same, each artisan has his own way of starching and balancing colors, making each piece unique in its own special way.
